Price depends on what you need and how much you want to invest. We provide costs upfront, with a breakdown so it is agreed at the beginning. This is fixed unless the website changes significantly through the development. We discuss any additional costs with you during the development. Price for a website build starts at £2500+VAT and payment is made in stages. Not one payment at the end or upfront.
Price is worked out based on the size of the website and the amount of information. There is not a specific calculation on the number of words or pages. We calculate a price based on how long it will take to build each section based on the amount of information you want to include. If a section is simple, it may only have a couple of hundred words and a few pictures. A more complicated service might need a lot more explanation and sales assets and therefore take longer to design and build.
Also more interactive features can take longer to create but they may be significantly more productive in generating leads for your business.
We’ll advise you against unnecessary content and features if it does not have ny benefit to the website or your business.
Once the website is completed there is an ongoing hosting fee to make the website live. Fast secure website hosting packages start at £40+VAT per month and can be paid monthly or annually.
You may also opt for regular monthly maintenance and security updates. Other costs include things like domain name registration, additional search engine optimisation, cookie warnings, Chatbots etc. You will be advised about all prices upfront.
No problem. Just get in touch and we will provide a price up front just like the initial website build. This will be in line with the original price for the website.
Most standard business websites take around 4–8 weeks. More complex projects can take longer. Timelines depend on how quickly decisions, content, and feedback are provided on both sides. If you need the website by a certain date we will agree and work to achieve that for you. If it is not going to be possible we will tell you at the start.

We build the website using SEO best practices so Google can index it properly, but ranking highly takes time and ongoing effort. There is no instant top-of-Google guarantee. Yes, we share access to the site as it being developed. This usually starts with a mock-up at the beginning moving in a development version of the site as it is built. We regularly share the website with you so we can get your feedback and make revisions as we go along.
We can do either. Some clients prefer to write their own content, while others want us to handle copywriting to make sure it’s clear, persuasive, and search friendly. Content can be generated using AI tools like Chat GPT and then manually edited by our team to make sure it is well written and makes sense and does not sound AI generated.
If you would like to – yes. We usually build sites using systems like WordPress, and we show you how to make basic updates like changing text, images. However, these systems can be very complex and overwhelming. So we modify the admin dashboard, so it is easy to use and understand.
If something breaks, contact us as soon as you spot a problem and we will resolve the issue as part of our care plan. If you need help because something has changed in your business and you need to update the website (new services, new people) contact us an we will make the changes required.
