* Any support relating to website code or database issues is classed as actionable support.
* Site restore, malware and virus removal or any work related to a website hack is classed as actionable support.
* Actionable support is the amount of time spent on working on website support issues, this includes the time spent on WordPress, Theme & Plugin Updates. Anytime spent over the allowed time will be charged in 30 minute blocks, this time can also be used to make minor updates or content changes.
* Additional support is charged at £45 + vat per 30 minute block, £90 + vat for a 1 hour block
* Included hours do not roll over
