Richard James Estate Agents is one of the area's leading estate agents and in.house.media's very first client back in 1998.

So when they asked us to construct a new and what is now the fourth website we have created for them, we were only too happy to oblige.

User friendly features

The site benefits from new features such as an advanced search facility which enables properties be searched on price, number of bedrooms and location and can even include properties currently under offer, and there is also an interactive route map which will show potential buyers how to get to a property when a postcode is entered.

Ease of use

One of the key considerations of the new site was to enable visitors to access property details and location quickly and easily. We designed it so that by simply clicking one of the map icons, visitors can view large close-up images, property descriptions, energy performance graphs and floor plans.

In addition to the features mentioned, the site has an online magazine, a scrolling news ticker which is updated by the client, and a vast amount of helpful information on buying and selling property.

Content Management

With three offices in the local area, one of the client's main requirements was for a fully updateable site that could handle the large volume of information generated by the market and get it onto the site quickly. To achieve this, we integrated the new site with the client's own office network which means the website is automatically updated with new properties each night.
