The White Arches Caravan's website
was one of the first projects undertaken by in.house.media
in 1998.
Originally a simple 10 page brochure website, the site has grown over the years (undergoing a full face lift in 2003) and developed into a comprehensive source of information with many dynamic features.
The homepage features a scrolling news-ticker that can be updated by White Arche's Caravans via an online Content Management System. This enables White Arches to announce events and special offers.
The site provides a detailed specification
about White Arches own Range of caravans – The
Archway.
As well as a breakdown of all the features
of the models, visitors to the site can take a 360-degree
virtual tour
inside the caravans. 360-degree movies are created using
state-of-the-art digital photography and iPIX software.
Visitors
can also download a full-colour brochure in PDF format
to print and read off-line. Alternatively'
they can request a glossy brochure to be sent out in the
post.
One of the busiest areas of the site is the used caravan directory, which White Arches can update and maintain themselves. The directory features details of each caravan and up to five images. Visitors can simply click a button to ‘Enquire about this caravan’. Then they just enter their name and contact details and an email is sent to White Arches which automatically contains details of the caravan that the customer is interested in.
In addition to the main web-site, a further site was developed for White Arches Motorhomes. This site was created to reflect the branding of the company as used in the origional White Arches Caravan web-site. It also features scrolling news on the homepage which runs from the same Content Management System. This enables news and events to be updated and promoted across both sites.
Two other smaller sites were also developed offering specialist caravan and motorhome finance and insurance, which can be applied for online. All four web-sites are linked and integrated with each other to offer a comprehensive range of services to caravan and motorhome enthusiasts.

in.house.media is pleased to announce their sponsorship of Ailsa Wright, a student from Northampton attempting to become the youngest briton to climb the seven summits - The highest mountain on each continent. All in aid of the Make a Wish Foundation.
